Magical 7BR Resort Pool Home Near Disney World

Beautiful home TERRIBLE management Positive: The house itself was beautiful. Clean and exactly as the pictures show. Negative: The management company is TERRIBLE . We were notified the day before checking that the development had a 20.00 per vehicle gate card fee but it wasnt necessary that we purchase. We could just show the guard our license and we would be let in. On the first day thats how it was. The next day, the guard told us that we had to purchase the gate cards or he would not allow us access to the property. I have emails from the managing company stating we didnt have to purchase. We did and it cost 25.00 per vehicle. They agreed to refund those card fees….still waiting. I paid a 60.00 fee for propane and grill rental. Get our dinner all ready to cook on the grill and the tank is locked. Notify the management company and am told there is a fee for that. I forward all of correspondence and receipts and the response was “im sorry i overlooked that, we can refund that 60.00 to you”. Again, still waiting on that refund. The WiFi went out at 8 am and I reached out and was told that it was an outage, ok totally understandable and then was notified that it was an equipment issue and the cable company would need to come out the next day and that I would need to be there. I’m sorry but I didn’t spend thousands of dollars on a Disney vacation to sit home and wait the cable guy to come out. Our group was 6’adults and 7’children. We are in a house that is totally wifi so that meant no tv, and no Internet. Their response was “well since you cant be there for the cable company, can they just enter the property on their own? That answer was NO. I am not allowing people there with nobody in the home. I dont want to be responsible for any possible damage or missing items (especially my own items). We returned home that evening and lo and behold, the internet was on. Im not sure if they let someone into the home or if it was a billing issue but we had internet. The pool heater doesn’t work because according to the management company, the home owners won’t repair it.

Não voltaria a me hospedar e não recomendo Positive: A decoração dos quartos infantis Negative: Acomodação velha, com utensílios da cozinha antigos, a água não aquecia, quase não tinha volume de água no chuveiro, os carpetes com muita poeira e os quartos não são suites.
