Welcome to Sunset Paradise, a spacious 9-bedroom, 6-bathroom Kissimmee vacation home designed for families and groups of up to 16 guests. With imaginative themed bedrooms, an action-packed game room and your own private pool and raised spa, this home makes the time spent together just as memorable as the Orlando adventures nearby.

Sunset Paradise gives larger groups the space to gather without feeling crowded. Share meals around the dining table, relax together in the comfortable living areas or prepare family favorites in the full kitchen. A washer and dryer make longer stays and busy park days easier.

The dedicated game room keeps the fun going with racing games, air hockey, arcade machines and basketball. Younger guests can choose from immersive storybook, colorful video-game, playful sidekick, Asian-inspired adventure and fantasy-dragon bedrooms. Comfortable adult bedrooms provide peaceful spaces to recharge at the end of the day.

The home is located in a welcoming vacation-home community in Kissimmee, providing a convenient base for Orlando’s major theme parks, attractions, shopping, dining and golf. Grocery stores, takeout options and everyday essentials are nearby.

Getting around

Cars are recommended. Uber and Lyft options are readily available. Public transit is not convenient in this area.

Guests have access to the entire home, private pool and spa, pool deck, and all available areas of the property during their stay.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Please do not arrive early unless an early arrival has been approved.

Door Smart Lock

Your door code will be provided the day before arrival along with your complete check-in instructions.

When you arrive at the home:

Enter your assigned 6-digit code on the keypad.

Press the confirm/unlock button if prompted.

Wait for the lock to disengage.

Open the door fully before entering.

Please do not share your door code outside your reservation group.

Please use the driveway as your primary parking area. Street parking is allowed only in front of the Wizard’s Way house. Do not park on the grass, do not block sidewalks, walkways, signs, or hydrants, and do not block any neighboring driveway. Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, boats, buses, ATVs, refrigeration trucks, and similar vehicles are not permitted.

POOL HEATING

Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

• $55 per night
• Must be added for the entire stay
• Must be requested and paid before arrival
• Daily activation or deactivation is not available
• We recommend requesting pool heat at least 48 hours before arrival
• Pool temperature is set to approximately 86°F
• Pool Heating Disclaimer

Although the pool is set to approximately 86°F, a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed.

During cold fronts, winter months, or colder nights, outdoor weather conditions may affect the heater’s ability to maintain the desired temperature.

Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can drop significantly during the colder months, depending on weather conditions.

Pool heating is designed to help warm the pool and maintain a more comfortable temperature, but bathtub-like temperatures cannot be guaranteed during or after Central Florida cold fronts or cold nights.

Pool heat cannot be activated or deactivated on short notice, and refunds are not provided for previously ordered pool heating.

We reserve the right to make pool heating temporarily unavailable when maintenance or repairs are required. In the event of a technical malfunction, the pool heating charge will be refunded only for the period during which the heating service was unavailable.

POOL SERVICE

The pool is serviced once a week to maintain proper water quality.

Service is typically performed on Thursday or Friday.

Please do not be alarmed if you see a pool technician on the patio checking or servicing the pool during your stay.

BBQ GRILL

A BBQ grill is available as an optional extra.

• $69 for the entire stay
• Includes one propane tank
• Must be requested before arrival

Please clean the grill grates after each use and turn off the propane after use.

EARLY CHECK-IN

Early check-in is available subject to availability.
