Early check-in is subject to availability: $100 for 9:00 AM–12:00 PM or $55 for 12:00 PM–3:00 PM.

HOUSE RULES:

• Enjoy yourselves! 🙂
• All trash must be placed in the carts outside of the home.
• DO NOT leave doors and windows open. Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you’ll have insects, or lizards visiting you indoors.
• Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
• To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area.
• No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and potential visitors who are allergic to certain animals.
• No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.
• No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.
• Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong.
• Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings.
