Storybook is run by a small local Central Florida team: the people who answer the phone are the ones who look after the homes and the guests in them. Full bios and photos are on the way.
Storybook is run by a local team in the Orlando villa corridor, not a distant call centre. The people who answer the phone are the people who can actually fix things, and that is the whole point of the way the company is set up.
Who looks after your stay
Behind every booking is a small group of people with clear jobs:
- Guest care. The team that answers the guest line before, during and after a stay. Fifteen minutes from every home, not a ticket queue.
- Housekeeping and turnovers. The people who inspect and prepare each villa before arrival, so the house is right when the group walks in.
- Maintenance. Local trades on call for the small things that happen in any home, handled quickly rather than logged and forgotten.
- Owner and revenue management. The people who look after the homes as assets for their owners, covered in more detail in Property Management.
Why local matters
In one of the densest short-term-rental markets on earth, the difference between a good stay and a bad one is almost never the building. It is whether someone competent picks up when the pool pump fails on a Friday night. A local team that can be at the house in minutes is the reason guests come back and the reason owners trust us with their homes.
Want to talk to a real person? Contact the team or call the guest line. We would rather answer a question now than have it become a problem later.
