The same villa, the same dates, without the platform fee. Here is exactly what changes when you book with us instead of through Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com.
The fee, plainly
Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com each add a service fee to the guest at checkout. It is calculated on your total, so it grows with the size of the villa and the length of the stay, and on a large home for a week it is a meaningful number.
We do not charge it. The nightly rate, cleaning and taxes are the whole cost, shown before you commit.
What else changes
- You talk to the people who manage the house, not a support queue in another time zone.
- Changes to dates or guest counts are a conversation rather than a cancellation and rebooking.
- Requests reach the team who can actually action them: early check-in, a crib, pool heat, a grocery drop before you land.
- If something goes wrong during the stay, the same number answers.
The guarantee
Find the same villa and the same dates cheaper on any platform and we will match it, and it will still be fee-free. We would rather keep the booking than win an argument about twenty dollars.
