The fee, plainly
Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com charge fees on every booking, either added at checkout or built into the price, and they grow with the size of the villa and the length of the stay.
Book direct and no platform service fee is added. The nightly rate, cleaning, taxes and any fees for your home are shown in full before you pay.
What else changes
- You talk to the people who manage the house, not a support queue in another time zone.
- Changes to dates or guest counts are a conversation rather than a cancellation and rebooking.
- Requests reach the team who can actually action them: early check-in, a crib, pool heat, a grocery drop before you land.
