Marketing that earns attention

The listing is where the guest first experiences the home

In a market filled with similar floor plans, presentation determines whether a guest stops, imagines the trip and books. Storybook builds the listing around the home's strongest reasons to choose it.

Direct booking works alongside the major platforms

The OTAs remain important discovery channels, especially for first-time guests. Storybook's direct-booking platform adds another path with live availability, transparent totals and a direct relationship with the guest. When an OTA guest-service fee would otherwise apply, booking direct can avoid that third-party platform fee. Repeat-guest, email, social, travel-agent, team, group and event campaigns help the home reach beyond a single platform search.

Media built for more than a photo carousel

Video, themed-room details, game rooms, pools and group sleeping arrangements give marketing teams usable stories for campaigns, social media, direct-booking pages and owner acquisition. The goal is not simply more content. It is stronger content built around what makes the home memorable.

Professional media included in the launch package is licensed to the property while Storybook manages it. Ownership and continued use are governed by the management agreement.
