Stays of two weeks or more, seasonal residents, and families working remotely from Florida for a month. The nightly rate drops sharply once you pass a week, and it keeps dropping.
Why longer costs less per night
A long booking removes the turnover that makes short stays expensive to run: one clean instead of four, one arrival instead of four, and no gap nights left unsold between them. That saving is real, and we pass most of it on.
What changes on a long stay
- Mid-stay cleaning can be scheduled at whatever interval suits you.
- Linen changes and consumables are handled rather than left to you.
- Deliveries, mail and service visits can be coordinated through the local team.
- Pool heat over the winter months is usually worth budgeting for on a long stay.
Who this suits
Snowbird months from January through March are the busiest for extended stays, so those book earliest. Summer long-stays are easier to place at short notice. Either way, call rather than book online: a month is not a rate the website prices well.
