A gated golf community off the I-4 and US-27 interchange, about fifteen to twenty minutes from the Walt Disney World gates. ChampionsGate is where most of the collection sits, and the reason is the Oasis Club: a resort clubhouse with a lazy river, a tiki bar, a fitness center and two Greg Norman championship courses, all of which come with the house rather than as an extra.
