Pool Disclaimer: Although we set the pool/spa temperatures to 88°/104°, temperatures cannot be guaranteed during colder weather. Pool heat must be requested before arrival and applies to the entire stay. The spa heats only when the spa timer is activated. If a mechanical issue prevents heating, the pool heat fee will be refunded for the affected time only.
Pool Service
The pool is serviced twice weekly (typically Monday and Thursday/Friday). You may see a technician servicing the pool during your stay.

This airbnb was perfect for a getaway with family and friends. It was very spacious and the kids absolutely loved the themed rooms. Aclesia was very nice, responsive, and answered all our questions. We enjoyed the clubhouse and it was pretty easy drive to Universal Studios. We look forward to staying here again.

This was absolutely the perfect place for our family vacation. 8 adults and 7 kids (13-3). Themed rooms kept the kids rotating to a different room each night. Game room was fun for all ages. The pool and hot was sooo relaxing. They were so helpful will all the questions we had before and during our stay. Highly recommend!
