Guest experience

Better stays protect reviews, pricing power and the home

Guest experience begins before arrival and continues after departure. Storybook connects reservation support, property readiness, service recovery and review follow-up so a preventable issue is less likely to become a poor stay.

Before arrival

  • Reservation details, occupancy and property-specific rules are reviewed
  • Access, gate and arrival instructions are verified and delivered in advance
  • Requested extras and services are coordinated and recorded
  • Eligible reservations are enrolled in Waivo damage protection under provider terms
  • The home moves through its documented guest-readiness process

During the stay

Guests receive extended daily support with after-hours escalation for urgent issues. The team can coordinate field response, maintenance and approved service recovery while recording the issue and action taken.

After departure

Guest feedback and reviews are monitored for patterns that may require operational, maintenance or listing changes. Damage documentation and eligible claims are pursued through the relevant channel or provider, subject to coverage and approval.

Damage protection supports the process; it does not replace owner responsibility

Waivo damage protection is currently $28 per eligible reservation and provides up to $1,500 in protection, subject to provider terms, limits, exclusions and claim decisions. It is not insurance and does not guarantee recovery.
