Offsites, leadership retreats and team weeks. A themed villa is an unusual choice for a corporate booking, and that is largely the point: people talk differently in a house than in a conference room.
What works here
Our larger villas have the dining space, seating and outdoor areas to run a working day for a group of twenty without anyone perching on a bed with a laptop. The theater rooms double as presentation space.
Orlando also solves the flights problem: it is a major airport with direct service from most of the country, and it is cheaper to fly a distributed team into than almost any alternative.
What to tell us
- Headcount, and whether anyone needs a private room rather than a shared one.
- Whether you need one space large enough for the whole group at once.
- Catering: most retreats want a chef for at least the first evening.
- Whether the group is extending into a weekend, which changes the villa choice.
Invoicing
We can invoice a company directly rather than taking a personal card, and provide the documentation finance teams tend to ask for. Mention it when you enquire so we set the booking up correctly from the start.
