What we need from you
- The property address, or at minimum the community and street.
- Bedroom and bathroom count, and sleeping capacity.
- Whether it is currently managed, self-managed, or not yet rented.
- Current or estimated annual revenue, if you have it.
- How you would prefer us to get back to you.
What you get back
A projection with the assumptions shown rather than a single number: the comparables we used, the rate and occupancy we think are achievable, and where we think the upside is. If we think your home is better off where it is, we will tell you that too.
How long it takes
Two business days in most cases. If the property is unusual, or outside the corridor we cover, we will say so quickly rather than sit on it.
