POOL HEATING

• $55 per day and must be added for the entire stay.
• Must be requested before arrival.
• Pool heat is only available for the entire stay because it takes time to heat and maintain the water temperature. Daily activation or deactivation is not available.
• We recommend requesting pool heat at least 48 hours before arrival.

POOL WEEKLY SERVICE:

Our pool is serviced once a week to ensure the PH is just right for our guests. Please do not be alarmed if you see someone on the patio checking or servicing the pool. Service days are typically on Thursday or Friday.

Terra Verde Resort amenities and clubhouse:

This private gated resort includes outstanding facilities, including a lakeside beach clubhouse featuring a large resort-style swimming pool with tiki bar, relaxing hammocks and lounge chairs, fitness center, arcade, mini golf, basketball court, and more, providing enough entertainment without having to leave the community.

• Place all trash and trash bags in the carts out front by the garage.
• Do not leave doors or windows open.
• Report any damage immediately.
• No shoes, food, or drinks in the bedrooms or loft area.
• No pets.
• No parties or gatherings larger than the confirmed reservation total.
• No tape, adhesives, or sticky materials on walls, furniture, or stair railings.
• Remote controls must remain in the rooms where they belong.
• Remove all food and personal belongings before departure.
